  Could not get served in the cafe. Waited 20 minutes and gave up. The store smelled of fish ans damp. The whole store looked tired and scruffy. In store music awful.

  Everytime I order asda Shoeburyness always substitutes items and some will be missing some damaged and sometimes they don't deliver as on the slot. I love shopping from asda but online service is a nightmare. Drivers are friendly when they deliver but what I mentioned above is why I rate it 1 star.

  Tried to use the store at about two in the morning, having been assured that the place was open from 12am, by the information on Google no less. The signage in the window ssys "open: Monday 7:30am, trading to: Saturday 10:00pm. But the place is closed at 2 in the morning on Saturday morning, so maybe their data needs updating? I would like to hear an explanation from the management as to why the opening hours of this branch appear to differ from those posted on its doors and its information media pages.
